The space and interior design of the new DISH Preston Hollow are refined and inviting, featuring curvilinear elements, walnut butcher block tabletops and an open expo kitchen. A unique gold leaf and bronze pendant fixture catches the guests’ attention as soon as they walk in, and a large wood wall installation glows from the bar to the kitchen. Thin brick is utilized in a unique way, being installed vertically and painted a clean white. A beautiful, cream-colored wallpaper with a geometric pattern print serves as a backdrop to the wine wall. Custom furniture and fixtures were created specifically for DISH Preston Hollow, such as the grand drop drum sconces above the elevated curved banquets, seating, and the upholstered bar front. The grand curvilinear bar makes a statement in the space, as it glows from a row of graceful teardrop-shaped glass pendants. A large variety of top-shelf liquor bottles are showcased against a custom dark, rich wood custom bar back.

The exterior patio has an open flow connection with the interior by the use of a large sliding door system that hides when opened behind the bar making a continuous connection from the interior and exterior bar as well as the dining area and patio area. The flooring also flows from the inside space connecting the areas even further. The patio can be completely open when the weather permits and also can be temperature controlled and enclosed when needed with the use of a soft roll down fabric system that make for a very comfortable space.
