Project Size: 5,000 SQ. FT.

Location: Dallas, TX

The approach to developing the Deep Ellum offices of the fashion and lifestyle brand company, Grand-Time, was to design a space that reflects the brand, its values, and the team itself. The design style is contemporary and minimal, providing a clean backdrop for the brand identity and the team’s personality. The brand is infused throughout the space, from custom printed decals on the stairs and concrete floor, to a large wood installation wrapping the ceiling and walls in the break room. The space design is carefully organized in a way to facilitate creativity and reflect the way that the team works together and plays together. In the front of the space is a sunken grassy lounge area with picnic tables and a garage door that can be opened to the outdoors on nice days or for events. A cluster of 40 light bulbs is suspended over the grass, creating a ceiling and a glowing invitation for visitors to step inside and see what Grand Time is all about.
